What is the minimum software version required to run Loomy Night Light?

For Android You will need to be running version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) or above, and for iPhone you will need to have iOS 9.0 or above.

Is Loomy Night Light really free?

Yes, it’s completely free to use, although it does have a simple banner advert at the bottom of some screens. There is the option to remove the adverts for a small amount of money if you wish to have an advert free experience when using the app, but there is no obligation to pay.

Do the background noises really help sleep?

The background sounds block distracting noises and are soothing to listen to, which helps you relax and also helps to induce sleep.

Will this app cause screen burn in?

We have not seen this occur with any of our test devices even after prolonged use.

Will it last all night or will I wake up to a flat phone?

It depends on many factors, the age and battery capacity of your device, the brightness/volume settings, and how many other apps you have running in the background. We recommend that you plug your device in to charge if you plan on using Best Night Light for a prolonged time.

The background sounds are not playing on my iPhone.

Having the switch on the side set to mute will also silence the background sounds from Loomy Night Light, you can resolve this by simply flicking the switch to the other position.
